New Tarot Magic for Paid Subscribers ✨
A chairde,
While the world burns, it can feel indulgent to write these Substack posts. Since the start of this year, I’ve often asked myself what the point is when genocide and war wage all around us. After a lot of soul searching, I return to this: stories, symbols, and small acts of connection can nourish the spirit. Tarot doesn’t pretend to fix the world — it helps us witness it, hold it, and remain human inside it. Small, meaningful rituals can steady us when everything else feels uncertain. Since launching Journey through the Tarot via Irish Herstory, this Substack has grown into something far more beautiful than I imagined — a gathering of curious, intuitive, thoughtful readers who are keeping the stories of Irish women in history and the Tarot alive.
I’ve been thinking lately about how to offer just a little more for those of you supporting this work. You are the backbone of this space — your paid subscriptions help me research, write, and keep the flame of this project burning.
So in addition to the Tarot lessons every two months, four Irish Herstory Tarot posts a month, monthly guided visualisation and the reading discounts, I’m introducing new bonuses for paid subscribers, starting from tomorrow’s Summer Solstice:
A “Tarot Technique” tip
Each month, paid subscribers receive a bite-sized Tarot technique — a practical tip to deepen your readings. From interpreting tricky cards to spotting hidden patterns in spreads, these lessons blend history, intuition, and craft to help you read with more confidence and clarity.
Mini reading Q&A columns
Each month, paid subscribers can submit one question for a one-card Tarot pull. I’ll select one and offer a brief, insightful reading in a special “Mini Reader Q&A” column. To submit: simply reply to this post or email me your question.
(Questions will be kept anonymous unless you request otherwise.)A Symbol Story
Each month, paid subscribers will receive a richly illustrated deep dive into a Tarot symbol — from crowns and animals to flowers, hands, and stars. These focused explorations reveal the hidden language of the cards, connecting imagery across suits, decks, and traditions to help you read with greater depth and symbolic fluency.
Nothing overwhelming. Just a glimmer from the Tarot; our steadfast companion on the journey inward.
As always, two Tarot herstory posts per month will remain free for everyone.
If you’re already a paid subscriber: thank you. If you’re not yet: you can subscribe here to unlock the monthly bonuses and all paid content in the archive.
If anything, the Tarot teaches us that all things change, yet the thread of connection remains, so thank you for being here. 🙏
Míle buíochas agus grá mór,
Regina
